What I Do
With my background as a Chartered RICS Surveyor and decades of experience in residential property, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a practical, win-win approach to each opportunity. I’ve built and managed my own substantial property portfolio and understand what makes a site viable.
I am fully compliant and registered/members with:
The Property Ombudsman.
HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection compliance.
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

I work ethically, personally, and professionally with landowners, investors, and developers. I assess, structure, and manage each project with care, while personally monitoring the whole process from the very beginning until final conclusion. Every site is fully researched with local planning, access, utilities and all other relevant matters considered.
In order to achieve this goal, I have a dedicated team of architects, planning experts, solicitors, civil engineers & estate agents on hand to assist and guide you step by step from our initial contact to completion, all at no cost to yourself. (I will cover your legal costs up to £2,500 plus VAT).
I also understand that the process can be a complex and frustrating one and that is why i prioritise open communication, transparency, and personalised service to guide you every step of the way.
